Arrange for an engineer to visit within 48 hrs of your first contact with us.
Inspect a product brought into our workshop within 48 hrs.
Obtain your authorisation before ordering parts in excess of £50.00
Order parts required within 24 hrs of diagnosis.
Arrange to fit the parts within 48 hrs of receipt from a supplier.
Keep you informed throughout the process.
