Whichever your brand and whatever your problem, our team of experienced appliance engineers will be able to complete a timely, cost effective repair, usually in your home.
- To save you money we can often send our invoice to your insurance company or the manufacturer of your appliance. If you consider your breakdown to be covered by a manufacturers guarantee or extended warranty, please contact your warrantor prior to booking as you will need to obtain a reference number.
- If your repair is chargeable, we offer a competitive fixed price repair. A one off fee of £84.99 covers your labour charge for the repair, no matter how many vists we make. In the unlikely event that you experience the same within three months, we'll come back for free.
- We will always get your permission prior to ordering any parts for your repair. If we agree that it would be uneconomic to complete your repair, we will refund £40.00 of the service charge, if you purchase a replacement appliance through us.

Small appliances such as vacuum cleaners and microwaves can be brought into any of our workshops. A deposit of £20.00 is taken which covers fault diagnosis and an estimate for your repair. If you proceed the deposit is deducted from the final cost.
