- If your product requires in-depth diagnosis we will collect it and bring it in to one of our workshops where our team of highly skilled bench engineers will attend to the fault and keep you informed each step of the way.
- Loan televisions will be provided free of charge (subject to availability) for the duration of your repair. We do not provide video or hi-fi loan equipment.
