In these days of economic uncertainty and environmental awareness, repairing an item is often seen as a better remedy than throwing it away and buying a replacement. The prices of spare parts are reducing as products become cheaper and we can often offer a fixed labour rate, giving you absolute certainty of the cost.
Each repair is covered by a three month warranty, which can be extended if you choose to add a warranty at the time of the repair. In this way the cost of your repair can be spread over 12 months.
If we jointly come to the conclusion that a repair is uneconomic, we will refund £40.00 (inc VAT) of the service charge if a replacement is purchased through our partner company.

If your product is covered by a manufacturers warranty, we will endeavour to visit you within 24hrs, or even the same day if possible!
